I was subscribed to both the weekly and daily edition.

When on my iPad I mistakenly unsubscribed from the daily edition; however I still receive the weekly edition.  I want to subscribe to daily.

I attempted to subscribe, but it says I already have an account

What is the procedure to do this?

Frustrating

I got your response to my email that I was not able to renew my subscription.  I tried going to: https://eogn.com as you suggested, but that got me nowhere.

And I get a message that I am already subscribed

I still get a message my membership renewal is overdue.  In your forum I see that other people have had the same problem.

I'm happy as long as I receive your newsletter, it seems only fair that I should pay.  I have tried reaching you before and the problem has never been resolved. I keep getting the message that my membership is overdue

Can you do that for me too?  I sign up and it says I am already signed up, but I get nowhere.
